Locate the config file
Continue reads MCP server configuration from the following file:

Add the following to your Continue config file:

Set up environment variables
PostgreSQL MCP requires the following environment variables:

Verify it works
Restart Continue. PostgreSQL MCP should appear in your MCP server list with 8 tools available.
