Set up Vercel MCP in Cursor

Locate the config file

Cursor reads MCP server configuration from the following file:

.cursor/mcp.json

Create this file if it does not already exist.

Add the following to your Cursor config file:

Set up environment variables

Vercel MCP requires the following environment variables:

VERCEL_API_TOKENRequired

Vercel API token

Verify it works

Restart Cursor. Vercel MCP should appear in your MCP server list with 12 tools available.

This server adds approximately 6,180 tokens to your context window for tool definitions.
